检验原理：
蛋白胨提供蛋白质、维生素和氨基酸；葡萄糖提供碳源；磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钾为缓冲剂；牛胆盐和煌绿为选择性抑菌剂，抑制非肠杆菌科细菌的生长。
用法：
Suspend 45.0g / liter,and heat to boiling for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer 120-ml portions to 250-ml volumetric flasks or 9-ml portions to test tubes, all being capped with cotton plugs or loose-fitting caps. Heat at 100 °C for 30 min and cool immediately.
称取本品 45.0g,加热搅拌溶解于1000ml 纯化水中,分装三角瓶每瓶 120ml或分装试管 ,每管 9ml,100℃水浴加热 30 分钟 , 迅速在流动的冷水中冷却,无需高压灭菌。
